Purpose
Vibe Code Mama is designed for women learning, exploring, and building with AI together. These Community Guidelines apply to VCM memberships, WhatsApp groups, Circle spaces, cohorts, workshops, events, demo nights, chats, surveys, resources, and related online or offline spaces.
Participation is a privilege, not a right. We may moderate, remove content, restrict access, or remove participants when needed to protect the community.
Respectful Participation
Treat members, guests, instructors, moderators, speakers, staff, vendors, and event partners with respect. Assume good intent where reasonable, but take responsibility for impact. Disagreement is allowed; harassment, intimidation, threats, humiliation, and personal attacks are not.
No Harassment or Discrimination
VCM does not tolerate harassment, stalking, bullying, hate speech, sexual harassment, discriminatory conduct, unwanted repeated contact, doxxing, threats, or conduct that targets someone based on identity, background, appearance, family status, race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, or any protected characteristic.
No Spam, Solicitation, or Misuse
Do not spam members, scrape member information, mass-DM, harvest contacts, run unauthorized promotions, recruit aggressively, sell unrelated products, share affiliate links without disclosure, or use VCM spaces primarily as a lead-generation channel.
Thoughtful opportunities, hiring leads, community asks, and relevant resources may be welcome when shared in the appropriate channel and in good faith.
Privacy and Confidentiality
Respect the privacy of other members. Do not screenshot, record, quote, repost, or share another person's comments, identity, likeness, projects, messages, or personal information outside VCM without permission, unless VCM has clearly designated a session or submission as public-facing.
Do not share confidential, sensitive, regulated, proprietary, or third-party information unless you have the right to share it and are comfortable with the audience receiving it.
WhatsApp and Community Channels
WhatsApp groups and other community channels are for member connection, support, questions, wins, resources, and relevant AI learning. Keep conversations constructive and topic-aware. Use threads, channels, or designated spaces when available.
Members are responsible for their own notification settings, device privacy, and information shared in third-party platforms.
Demo Night Participation
Demo Night clause. Members may voluntarily share demos, projects, prompts, workflows, recordings, screenshots, and AI-generated content. By participating, members grant Vibe Code Mama a non-exclusive right to reference, showcase, summarize, and feature submitted content unless explicitly requested otherwise.
Demo Nights are for learning, constructive feedback, and celebration. Do not copy, claim, exploit, or commercially use another member's demo, idea, workflow, prompt, or project without permission. Feedback should be specific, kind, and useful.
User-Generated Content
User Generated Content clause. Members retain ownership of their content while granting Triple Play Global LLC a limited license to host, display, and promote such content in connection with community operations.
You are responsible for the content you share, including posts, messages, comments, demos, prompts, workflows, recordings, screenshots, links, and AI-generated content. Do not share content that infringes rights, violates law, includes malicious code, exposes private data, or misrepresents authorship.
Event Behavior
At live events, workshops, salons, and demo nights, follow venue rules, staff instructions, health and safety guidance, check-in procedures, and any posted event terms. Be mindful of photography, recording, alcohol, accessibility needs, space limitations, and the comfort of other attendees.
We may remove anyone from an event or deny future access for unsafe, disruptive, disrespectful, unlawful, or guideline-violating behavior, without refund where legally permitted.
Responsible AI Use
VCM encourages experimentation with AI, but members are expected to use AI tools responsibly. Do not use AI to harass, impersonate, deceive, scrape, plagiarize, generate harmful content, expose private information, or violate tool terms, platform rules, or law.

Moderation and Removal Rights
VCM may review, moderate, edit, move, archive, or remove content and may warn, suspend, or remove participants at our discretion. We may take action based on observed behavior, member reports, platform signals, legal requirements, safety concerns, or reputational risk to the community.
We are not obligated to monitor all content and do not endorse member content simply because it appears in VCM spaces.
Reporting Concerns
If you experience or observe conduct that may violate these Guidelines, contact us at hello@vibecodemama.org. Include relevant context, screenshots, dates, links, or names where appropriate.
We will review reports in good faith, but we may not be able to share details of investigations or moderation actions.
Relationship to Terms
These Guidelines work together with the VCM Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. If there is a conflict, the Terms of Use control unless required otherwise by law.
