Agreement to These Terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Triple Play Global LLC, a Delaware limited liability company operating from New York, NY, doing business as Vibe Code Mama ("VCM," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing vibecodemama.org or participating in VCM offerings, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use the website, register for events, purchase products, join memberships, or participate in community spaces.
Services Covered
VCM offers community memberships, online cohorts, workshops, live events, demo nights, educational content, resources, digital products, and future memberships or subscriptions. Some offerings may be free and others may require payment.
We may update, modify, pause, or discontinue offerings at any time, subject to applicable law and any specific written terms provided at purchase or registration.
Accounts and Community Access
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit, for maintaining confidentiality of access links or account credentials, and for all activity under your account or community access. You may not transfer, resell, share, or misuse membership access without written permission.
We may deny, suspend, or terminate access where we believe conduct violates these Terms, our Community Guidelines, platform rules, applicable law, or the safety of the community.
Payments, Event Tickets, Memberships, and Subscriptions
Paid offerings may include event tickets, workshops, cohorts, memberships, subscriptions, digital products, and other paid experiences. Payments may be processed through Stripe or another third-party processor, and your payment information is subject to that provider's terms and privacy policy.
Prices, availability, benefits, and program details may change. Taxes, processing fees, and currency conversion costs may apply. You authorize us and our payment processors to charge the payment method you provide for purchases, renewals, and applicable fees.
Membership & Billing
Vibe Code Mama Seasonal Pass memberships are billed every three (3) months in advance.
Your membership remains active for the full paid season. If you choose to cancel, your membership will continue until the end of your current billing period and will not renew for the following season. We do not provide prorated refunds or partial refunds for unused time except where required by applicable law.
Refunds and Cancellations
Unless a specific checkout page, event page, or written agreement states otherwise, payments for event tickets, workshops, cohorts, memberships, subscriptions, digital products, and downloadable resources are non-refundable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
We may, in our discretion, offer credits, transfers, refunds, or accommodations. If we cancel a paid event or cohort, we may provide a refund, credit, rescheduled date, or substantially similar replacement offering, depending on the circumstances and applicable law.

You are responsible for evaluating information, tools, prompts, workflows, templates, examples, and strategies before relying on them. Participation does not create a professional-client, fiduciary, employment, investment advisory, medical, legal, or tax relationship.
AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
VCM may discuss, demonstrate, summarize, or provide examples involving artificial intelligence tools. AI outputs can be inaccurate, biased, incomplete, outdated, or inappropriate for a specific use. You are responsible for reviewing, testing, validating, and legally clearing any AI-generated content, code, workflow, automation, image, copy, or business use before relying on or publishing it.
Do not submit confidential, regulated, proprietary, personal, or sensitive information into AI tools unless you understand the applicable tool terms, privacy settings, and risks.
Intellectual Property
The VCM name, brand, website, design, curriculum, workshop materials, prompts, systems, templates, recordings, resource content, emails, event materials, and other content are owned by Triple Play Global LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
Unless we provide written permission, you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, resell, sublicense, scrape, train models on, or create derivative commercial products from VCM content. You may use materials for your personal learning and internal business use, subject to any offering-specific rules.
User-Generated Content
User Generated Content clause. Members retain ownership of their content while granting Triple Play Global LLC a limited license to host, display, and promote such content in connection with community operations.
You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to share any content you submit, including prompts, workflows, demos, recordings, screenshots, comments, posts, questions, feedback, and project ideas. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate the rights of others or applicable law.
Demo Night Participation
Demo Night clause. Members may voluntarily share demos, projects, prompts, workflows, recordings, screenshots, and AI-generated content. By participating, members grant Vibe Code Mama a non-exclusive right to reference, showcase, summarize, and feature submitted content unless explicitly requested otherwise.
If you do not want a demo, project, name, likeness, screenshot, recording, or submitted content referenced or featured, notify us before or promptly after the session at hello@vibecodemama.org. We will make reasonable efforts to honor requests, but cannot guarantee removal from materials already distributed, viewed, downloaded, archived, or controlled by third parties.
Acceptable Use and Conduct
You agree not to harass others, spam, scrape, disrupt services, reverse engineer protected materials, misuse community access, violate platform rules, upload malicious code, infringe rights, impersonate others, or use VCM for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, discriminatory, or abusive purposes.
You must also follow our Community Guidelines and any event, platform, cohort, or membership rules communicated to you.
Third-Party Services
VCM may use or link to Vercel, Squarespace, Airtable, Notion, Beehiiv, ConvertKit, Substack, Tally, Formspree, Luma, Stripe, WhatsApp, Circle, Google Analytics, PostHog, Google Forms, and other third-party tools. We are not responsible for third-party services, content, terms, privacy practices, outages, data handling, or platform decisions.
Disclaimers
VCM offerings are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, business results, employment results, revenue, technical performance, community availability, event attendance, uninterrupted access, error-free materials, or that any AI tool or workflow will meet your needs.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Triple Play Global LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, instructors, hosts, moderators, partners, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or lost-profit damages, or for loss of data, goodwill, business opportunity, or community access.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the services will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific offering giving rise to the claim in the three months before the event giving rise to liability, or $100 if no amount was paid.
Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Triple Play Global LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, instructors, hosts, moderators, partners, and affiliates from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your content, conduct, violation of these Terms, misuse of the services, or violation of law or third-party rights.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of laws principles, except where applicable consumer protection laws require otherwise. VCM operates from New York, NY.
Changes and Contact
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated date will reflect the latest version. Continued use of VCM after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
